The Role
As an In-Store Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage multiple in-store locations, engaging with customers and promoting our home improvement products.
- Book high-quality installation appointments for our sales team.
- Build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and engaging store environment.
- Work towards sales and appointment-setting targets, maximising business opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and guiding customers through our product offerings.
- Ensure all promotional materials and displays are well-presented and up to date.
- Travel between store locations as required.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong background in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Is confident, approachable, and able to engage customers effectively.
- Is self-motivated and target-drive, with a passion for achieving sales success.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel between store locations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
- Experience in the home improvement industry is beneficial but not essential-full training will be provided.
