ABOUT TEMPUR:

As an Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in ensuring that our stores deliver the best shopping experience to our customers and help them discover the true benefits of a Tempur mattress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leadership Support: Running the day-to-day operations of the store, including team management, stock control, and merchandising.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding shoppers through product selection, offering expert advice, and conducting product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Tempur mattresses.
  • Sales & Performance: Help drive sales by ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds performance targets. Youll also play a key role in implementing promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Team Development: Support the training and development of your team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, motivated, and confident in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing, maintaining Tempurs high standards in product displays and customer-facing areas.
  • Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as stock management, reporting, and budgeting to ensure smooth store operations.
