We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to support customers in their homes across Swindon.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from £12.15 to £16.00, with a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of professional care experience and a full UK driving licence to apply.
Responsibilities include leading a team of Domiciliary Care Workers and developing person-centred care plans while ensuring high standards of care.
This role is not open to those requiring visa sponsorship, and applicants should be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting customers in their homes across Swindon. If you have at least 1 year of care experience, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for leading others while delivering outstanding care - we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role Will Involve:

Leading and supervising a team of Domiciliary Care Workers
Developing, implementing and reviewing person-centred care plans
Promoting independence, dignity, choice and privacy in care delivery
Building strong relationships with customers, families and health care professionals
Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with safety regulations
Travelling between customer's homes using your own vehicle

Essential Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of professional care experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for work use
Able to work a flexible schedule including 2-3 evenings per week (up to 22:00) and alternate weekends
Confident in reading, writing and carrying out basic arithmetic
Understanding of social care values and a person-centred approach
Non-judgemental, patient, and supportive attitude
Commitment to ongoing training and development
Ability to lead and support care staff with guidance from the Care Supervisor and Registered Manager
Fluent in English
