TRAK Employment Solutions, acting as an employment business, are working in partnership with a Swindon based Housing Trust. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Housing & Support officer to join their friendly team. Whilst no experience is necessary, you must be passionate about making a difference to peoples lives.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills that complement their strong desire to make a positive difference to someone’s life, with a flexible approach to work, as well as being able to deal calmly with people who present challenging behaviour.

As the Housing & Support Officer you must:

  • Work as part of a team of Housing and Support employees to achieve required outputs.

  • Be confident in engaging with vulnerable adults

  • Act in line with agreed procedures and processes.

  • Motivated to achieve performance targets.

  • High standard of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Discretion, trustworthiness, tact and diplomacy to deal with highly sensitive matters.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and able to learn case management software.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Efficient, accurate and attention to detail.
