The school provide education to students with additional needs regarding social, emotional and mental health challenges. The students in attendance benefit from guidance in the form of 1-1 support throughout the school day. Working as a Student Mental Health Advocate, you will not only work closely with the pupils in order to keep them focused and engaged in their education but with class teachers and on-site professionals too. As a Student Mental Health Advocate, you will act as a role model to the students and create a safe environment. Creating an encouraging atmosphere is crucial in helping students to develop independence.
