Location: Swindon

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 plus Performance Bonus

The Role

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual with experience in the care sector to join their team in Swindon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant care qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent or willing to work towards it).
  • Experience in a supervisory/managerial position within a care setting
  • Understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
