We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's dynamic Facilities Management Helpdesk Team based in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the smooth operation of busy school sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Helpdesk team.

     

  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling tasks related to Hard Services.

     

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using CAFM systems.

     

  • Handle communications effectively with both internal teams and external contractors.

     

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within Facilities Management.

     

  • Knowledge of Hard Services and their application within a facilities environment.

     

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CAFM systems.

     

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

     

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
