We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's dynamic Facilities Management Helpdesk Team based in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the smooth operation of busy school sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Helpdesk team.
Â
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling tasks related to Hard Services.
Â
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using CAFM systems.
Â
- Handle communications effectively with both internal teams and external contractors.
Â
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within Facilities Management.
Â
- Knowledge of Hard Services and their application within a facilities environment.
Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CAFM systems.
Â
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Â
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
