About the Role

We have exciting opportunities for Qualified, Experienced, and Advanced Social Workers to join our Assessment and Child Protection Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Work as part of a dynamic team organized into PODs, with each POD consisting of four social workers and an Assistant Team Manager.
  • Undertake statutory assessments and child protection investigations during duty weeks (1 in every 5 weeks).
  • Develop tailored support plans to ensure smooth transitions for children requiring ongoing support, whether within the community or through Family Intervention and Support Services.
  • Make a real difference by joining a welcoming, supportive team that sets high expectations for the children we serve.

About You

We're looking for passionate individuals with:

  • A degree or diploma in Social Work and full Social Work England registration.

  • Strong assessment, analysis, and planning capabilities, coupled with an ability to share your knowledge with colleagues.
