About the Role: As the Social Value Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting colleagues and project stakeholders in the South West region in the delivery of Social Value plans, from preconstruction to post contract, by identifying, implementing, recording and reporting on the impact of activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to develop and implement Social Value objectives
  • Build key external relationships with community organizations, schools, and industry partners
  • Enable pathways into construction through careers events, work experience, and educational programs
  • Organize activities that create meaningful Social Value commitments for projects
  • Support site teams in capturing and reporting Social Value achievements
  • Generate comprehensive reports on Social Value outcomes

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in corporate responsibility or communications-based roles preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and community engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • UK driving license and own car
