They are looking for a motivated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for their students. Your ability to communicate effectively and break down complex ideas will be key to ensuring students understand and engage with their lessons.
This role is available both part-time and full-time, so whether you're looking for flexibility or a full-time commitment, we have an opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging lessons as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment, playing an essential role as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, offering support as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and any additional administrative duties as a Learning Support Assistant.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, accessible way as a Learning Support Assistant.
