We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant at a respected secondary school in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with a variety of learning needs, helping them stay engaged, motivated, and focused during lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs
  • Help students stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons
  • Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage students to achieve academically and thrive emotionally
  • Assist with classroom management and maintaining positive behaviour

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
