They are looking for a motivated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for their students. Your ability to communicate as a Learning Support Assistant and break down complex ideas will be key to ensuring students understand and engage with their lessons.
Key Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging lessons.
- Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and any additional administrative duties.
