My client is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner (Teaching Assistant) and Midday Supervisor to join their inclusive and vibrant school community. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils in their learning activities across the classroom.
  • Assisting teachers with curriculum delivery to ensure every child achieves their potential.
  • Encouraging positive behavior and a nurturing classroom environment.
  • Supervising and promoting enjoyable, safe lunchtimes for students.
  • Helping children to develop independence, social skills, and confidence.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C minimum) or equivalent qualifications.
  • A natural ability to engage with children and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with staff.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm to handle varied daily responsibilities.
