What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children with SEND in Key Stage 1 and Early Years, either 1:1 or in small groups
  • Delivering engaging and effective catch-up programs to help students reach their full potential
  • Assisting classroom teachers by creating inspiring learning environments and resources
  • Implementing intervention programs and supporting children with their learning and development
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to ensure all students receive the best support

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years of experience working with children in Key Stage 1 or Early Years, especially in SEND support
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team
  • A positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of humor, with a passion for professional growth
