What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children with SEND in Key Stage 1 and Early Years, either 1:1 or in small groups
- Delivering engaging and effective catch-up programs to help students reach their full potential
- Assisting classroom teachers by creating inspiring learning environments and resources
- Implementing intervention programs and supporting children with their learning and development
- Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to ensure all students receive the best support
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
- 2 years of experience working with children in Key Stage 1 or Early Years, especially in SEND support
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team
- A positive attitude, initiative, and a sense of humor, with a passion for professional growth
