SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Swindon

A brilliant school based in Swindon are excited for a passionate individual who wants to get more experience working in an educational environment to join their team. In the SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting children with additional needs throughout their lessons. You will be a team player, alongside professionals on site, ensuring students receive excellent care and support.

The SEN Teaching Assistant's environment:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include observing and identifying behaviour patterns and triggers, coping mechanisms and improvement throughout the school day, 8:30 - 3:30. You will be the students' first line of support and a safe space for them to express their emotions. Working with vulnerable students and students with additional needs will consist of acting as a role model, providing guidance and encouragement to develop independence.
