My client is looking for a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children one-on-one, in pairs, and in small groups to boost their learning.
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
- Tracking progress and keeping records of children’s development.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide well-rounded support.
- Creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience or interest in supporting children with ASD and speech & language needs.
- Adaptable, patient, and able to respond to the unique needs of each child.
- Confident in working as part of a professional team and liaising with parents and specialists.
- Committed to creating a supportive and inspiring learning experience for every child.
