We are seeking a motivated and caring Student Support Assistant to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. As a Student Support Assistant, your expertise will play a key role in enhancing children's learning and development.

- Position: Student Support Assistant
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Primary Mainstream School, Swindon
- Salary: £80 - £95 per day
- Hours: Full-Time 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply)
Key Responsibilities as a Student Support Assistant:
- Provide tailored support to students across various ability levels.
- Offer 1:1 or small group assistance to facilitate student progress as a Student Support Assistant.
- Foster positive classroom dynamics and support behaviour management
- Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities
- Assist in the delivery of lesson plans and help implement educational activities.
