What You’ll Be Doing

  • Teaching and supporting children with special educational needs in a structured and engaging way.
  • Developing and delivering individual learning plans to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Creating and maintaining an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment.
  • Managing and guiding a team of teaching assistants to enhance student support.
  • Working closely with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure student progress.
  • Writing and reviewing EHCP reports and tracking pupil achievement.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Skilled in differentiating lessons for diverse learning needs.
  • Confident in behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies.
  • Passionate about empowering children with SEND to achieve independence.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and parents.
