Our client, a well-loved non-profit organisation in Swindon, is looking for a driven and compassionate Individual Giving Executive to join their team. This rewarding role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in running campaigns that support individuals and their families at the most challenging times of their lives.

Based in Swindon, and with a competitive hourly rate of up to £15 plus holiday pay, this temporary position is available until the end of March, offering full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm) and the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing or fundraising, with a focus on creating and delivering engaging campaigns that truly make a difference. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing seasonal direct mail campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Expanding the organisation’s raffle and lottery programmes, ensuring compliance and growing their reach.
  • Leading regular giving initiatives, with a focus on both donor acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team and external partners to design compelling, multi-channel fundraising materials.
  • Analysing campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve impact.
  • Building strong relationships with donors through excellent stewardship and personalised engagement.

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the rewarding nature of fundraising and creating campaigns with tangible outcomes. You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Have experience in fundraising, individual giving, or marketing, with a track record of running successful campaigns.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Are knowledgeable about compliance regulations for lotteries, raffles, and fundraising activities.
  • Are organised, data-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause.
  • Are available to work full-time through to the end of March.
