Job title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Swindon
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience - plus a realistic bonus scheme
Hours: 40-hour week Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Saturday mornings - paid as overtime)
We are recruiting for an experienced, skilled vehicle technician to join our client’s busy workshop in Swindon.
This is an exciting opportunity to join very well-established, family-run dealer group who represent leading automotive brands in the Swindon area.
We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Technician who will be able to support a young team and an experienced workshop controller. The ideal candidate will have a background in a dealer environment, although this is not essential.
Responsibilities of Vehicle Technician:
- Service and maintain vehicles to company and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Liaise with colleagues throughout the dealership
- Contribute towards a team bonus through efficiency and productivity
