Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified technician to join our brilliant team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Swindon. As a technician, your role will be to keep our customers vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance. The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service and to the highest quality.

This role will be a great fit for you if:

  • You are level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in LCV Vehicle Repair and maintenance qualified
  • Current and full UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle classes
  • Ability to identify worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards
  • Fantastic communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face
  • Practical experience in a workshop environment
  • Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge
  • Good administrative knowledge
  • Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales
  • A brilliant team player
  • Positive attitude and flexible with workloads
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Wheel alignment
  • Tyre fitting
  • Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs.
