Hairdressing Lecturer - The Role:

Working in our Salon or Academy, you will lecture a cohort of Level 1 to Level 4 Hairdressing students.

This role is very suitable for anyone that is currently in industry and wants to develop their skills for teaching and programme leadership responsibility. We have unlimited training opportunities for development!

Hairdressing Lecturer - Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high quality teaching by planning and managing the learning process to support learners

- Provide assignment and assessment material appropriate for each programme

- Assess the work of students in relation to the curriculum criteria and offer feedback

- Co-ordinate curriculum involvement in college activities

- Produce schemes of work and lesson plans in accordance with current best practice

- Engage with the management team to ensure high quality teaching and learning occurs

- Meet and exceed achievement objectives and success measures for your groups

- Attend programme area meetings and contribute to continual quality improvement

- Keep accurate administration systems supporting student and college needs

Hairdressing Lecturer - You:
