We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Lecturer to join our client's educational team, focusing on teaching life skills and life coaching to students aged 16-18. This Monday to Friday role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about making a difference in young people's lives.
Day-to-day of the role:- Design and deliver engaging life skills and life coaching sessions to students aged 16-18.
- Develop curriculum and lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students, ensuring inclusivity.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage their personal and academic growth.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate life skills into the broader educational program.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for learning.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching strategies and materials.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable.
- Experience in teaching life skills or life coaching, particularly to young adults.
- Strong understanding of the educational needs of students aged 16-18.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
