Gap personnel are currently recruiting for the role of Warehouse Operatives in Swindon, SN25. The global garden furniture manufacturer is just coming into peak, and us working in partnership are recruiting for additional 11 warehouse operatives.  Ideal candidate must have good English written and spoken, and warehouse experience would be an advantage.

For those who demonstrate good attendance, performance and great work approach, there will be on going position available after peak time.

Job Duties:

  • Receive, unload and pick products
  • Picking and packing stock
  • Operating scanner for picking, stock put away and stock replenishment, so all data is automatically updated in the main system
  • Despatch
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to meet all SLA
  • Manual handling

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to go for an extra mile
  • Previous warehouse experience working in both goods in and goods out area is an advantage
  • Ability to follow & fully understand instructions and be able to clearly explain requirements to others.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail.
