Job Overview:

My client is seeking three Web Content Editors to join their existing Web Content team. This role will start in January on a trial basis for 4 weeks, with the view to extending up to 6-months. The successful candidates will work 2 days per week in the office for the first 2 weeks, and 1 day per week in the office thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, triage, and manage requests from across the organisation to update the group website.
  • Publish content across the websites, liaising with staff on the final content.
  • Edit and publish content, ensuring web pages meet quality standards.
  • Utilize CMS (WordPress or similar) for content management.
  • Apply working knowledge or experience of publishing to websites.
  • Stay updated on the latest web technologies and digital platform environments.
  • Adhere to digital communications best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Exhibit resilience, multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to work to deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Experience in web content publishing.
  • Understanding of web technologies and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital communications best practices.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills.
