Plumber Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including bathroom installations, pipework repair, and maintenance.
- Attend and resolve various planned plumbing tasks in occupied properties, ensuring efficient service.
- Work on bathroom fitting projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and minimal disruption for tenants.
- Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.
- Basic knowledge of tiling, carpentry, or other trades is desired but not essential.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
Plumber Requirements:
- Experience in plumbing, preferably within the social housing sector.
- Must have your own tools.
- Full clean UK driving license.
Plumber Role Benefits:
- Salary: £34,000 per annum.
- Tool allowance & Flexible benefits pot: Up to £800 annually.
