Are you a Electronics NPI Engineer with an understanding and strong background in Electronics, Semiconductors, Manufacturing Data, who is looking to play a key role in statistical analysis, reporting and manufacturing yield based activities within a unique, state of the art manufacturing multinational business that will invest in your technical progression through training and further qualifications?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, self-starting Electronics NPI Engineer to join the elite ranks of a multinational engineering business offering a fantastic package and work life balance in a days only role with no weekends, where you can progress your career and skillset whilst working with industry leading products and environments.

So they can keep up with demand and things are in place for future growth, they are looking to bring in a Electronics NPI Engineer to investigate statistical yield data, create improvements for manufacturing yield and implement solutions.

This is a varied role where you will work cross collaboratively with design, test and supply teams to determine identify data trends and areas requiring attention, then write reports and recommend and develop corrective actions.

The role:
* Perform statistical analysis and generate detailed reports to identify data trends and areas requiring attention to address operational and product-related issues
* Write yield reports and develop corrective actions.
* Support wider team with other responsibilities when needed.

The candidate:
* Degree or experience within electronic/ electrical, materials engineering or Physics.
* Experience Analysing Manufacturing Data and Reporting trends, monitoring yield issues, leading yield improvement initiatives
* Chippenham, Royal Wooton Basset, Faringdon, Marlborough, Swindon and surrounding areas
