To assist the team in a busy period with answering account queries via email.
Duties include:
- Responding to customer accounts and offer queries via email
Who are we looking for?:
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work at a fast-pace
- IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
Things to know:
- You will work remotely after 1 day of training in Syston, Leicestershire.
- You will be given equipment to use for the contract, and will be responsible for returning it at the end.
- Your output will be monitored to ensure you are meeting expectations
- The contract may only be for 4 weeks, but may be increased depending on workload.
