DC Personnel are recruiting for Welder Fabricators for our prestigious engineering client located in Leicestershire
Hours:
Monday-Friday
Choice of Rotating, Early (6-2) or PM (2-10) shifts.
Pay:
13 - 16/hr
(depending on experience) - candidates must have a minimum years experience to be considered for the higher salary
Free parking onsite and overtime available
The Role:
Welding and fabricating mild steel components within the in-house workshop
You will be working from engineering drawings for bespoke products
Duties may also include: Fettling, spot welding, polishing
The Candidate:
Experience with MIG
Experience working in steel fabrication to tight tolerances
Engineering background
NVQ 2 in welding or similar is preferred
CSCS card is preferred but not essential
Good communication skills
Ability to work from technical drawings would be an advantage
Work from own initiative and report any issues to the supervisor
