Sonic Summary

FLT Operators are urgently needed for immediate starts with an emphasis on candidates who have experience driving FLT trucks.
Applicants must have prior experience as a forklift operator and will undergo training and assessment for suitability, even if they hold a current FLT license.
Shifts typically last 10-12 hours, working 3-4 days a week, with hours from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, including weekends.
The pay rate is £19.48 per hour for weekend shifts, with additional enhancements for bank holiday work.
Candidates should possess good physical condition, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with relevant experience required.

FLT OPERATORS REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE STARTS ASAP!!If you have experience of driving FLT Trucks and would like an opportunity to work on an inhouse license (Subject to successful assessment/training) Then please do reach out!Anyone with a current FLT license will still have to undergo training and assessment to assess suitability. If you also have Clamp Experience then even better! Shifts will usually be around 10-12 hours working 3-4 days per week.Working hours: 6am - 6pm and 6pm to 6am - Weekend working also includedThe client will always give you notice of your shifts a week in advance. (From Friday 10pm through to Sunday 10pm shifts are paid at the enhanced rate of £19.48p per hour) Bank holiday working enhancements are also included. Operators will be responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, trucks or storage facilities. Forklift Operator duties and responsibilities:

Unload and upload material
Identify damages
Report shortages
Report quality deficiencies
Transport raw materials to production workstations
Inspect machinery
Determine the need for repairs
Keep updated records of inventory
Produce activity logs
Comply with company policies and guidelines
Assist in keeping a safe environment

Forklift Operator requirements and qualifications:

Experience as forklift operator or similar role - Is a must
Attention to detail
Good knowledge of industrial equipment
Very good physical condition
Excellent coordination
Valid certification / Licences to operate forklifts
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
SAP and WMS knowledge would be desirable
