We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Executive to join a growing independent, specialist insurance brokerage in Tadcaster. This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. A basic salary of 35-45k is being offered per annum based on experience, plus bonus!

As Commercial Account Executive, you will be working within a small, close-knit team reporting to the Managing Director with the following key duties:

  • Generate new business within the commercial sector
  • Manage your own diary organizing client meetings to introduce insurance products
  • Service and increase revenue with existing SME customer base
  • Build long term relationships with clients
  • Comply with FCA requirements offering a range of commercial insurance products

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Commercial Insurance role
  • Cert CII qualified or equivalent (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Acturis is desirable but not essential
  • Proven success of winning new business either with brand new customers or within existing customers
  • Good knowledge of a range of commercial insurance products
  • Own transport with full UK driving license
