The Company
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading privately manufacturers to the FMCG market. The company is extremely well established with over 250 years of manufacturing experience and has a reputation which is second to none in their chosen marketplace. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit two experienced maintenance engineers.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical
- Experience of PLC Systems & Automated Machinery
- PPM Systems in an FMCG Environment
The Role
The company requires two maintenance engineers who can work to PPM schedules, working a three shift pattern. You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, work within a high-speed automated environment. There will be lots of fast moving machinery such as conveyors, packaging machinery, bottling, labelling machines, box makers, tray loaders, palletisers/DE palletisers together with packaging and conveyor systems, bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, drives, pumps.
