Overview
We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our client's team. Our client specializes in producing batch work parts for the Aerospace, Automotive, and F1 industries, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the production of high-performance components.
Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using Hypermill software to produce high-quality parts for the Aerospace, Automotive, and F1 industries
- Utilize CAD/CAM programming skills to develop efficient machining processes
- Prioritize safety and precision in all programming and machining activities
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize part designs for manufacturability
- Maintain and update programming documentation and records
Qualifications
- Proficiency in offline programming using Hypermill software
- Previous experience with 5-axis milling techniques
- Strong CAD/CAM programming skills
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes and best practices
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the Aerospace, Automotive, or F1 industries would be an advantage
Rate and Hours
The rate for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position, and the standard work hours are 40 hours per week.
