About the Role

As a key member of the property team, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service function, scheduling workloads, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that customer interactions are handled with care and efficiency. Youll play a pivotal role in managing relationships with customers, contractors, and your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate the daily workload for the Multi-trade Operatives.
  • Be the go-to point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring they receive regular updates.
  • Diagnose and prioritise repair requests, coordinating with contractors to ensure swift resolution.
  • Keep all customer data accurately logged and up to date.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between customers and contractors while adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Proactively manage van stock control for Multi-trade Operatives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage repair cost processes in line with company procedures.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven customer service experience ideally within housing, property development, maintenance, or similar industry.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in property or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid driving license is required due to the location.
