Role: Cleaner
Location: Aldermaston
Duration: 3 months initially (with likely extension or temp to perm)
Rate: Up to 15 per hour
Security Clearance: must be able to obtain security clearance
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to work on a secure, high-profile defence site. This role is key to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across controlled and non-controlled areas, in line with safety and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily cleaning tasks across offices, facilities, and controlled zones
Ensure all cleaning complies with hygiene, safety, and security guidelines
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately
Manage waste disposal following site procedures
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Essential Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience (ideally within secure, industrial, or medical environments)
Active SC Clearance or ability to pass security vetting
Good understanding of health and safety regulations
High attention to detail and professionalism
Willingness to work in a regulated and secure environment
Additional Information:
Full training and PPE provided
