We are a small, well-established manufacturing company with 50 years of experience producing our own highly respected brand of chemical products, including glues, scenic & finishing products, and lubricants. These products are in high demand by hobbyists around the world. Operating from a semi-rural location north of Basingstoke, we distribute our solutions globally through retailers, distributors, and online platforms.

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and adaptable person for a long-term role that offers a diverse range of responsibilities. This role will give you the opportunity to contribute across various areas of the business while growing within the company. In the next 2-3 years, the successful candidate will be expected to take on greater responsibilities, eventually playing a key role in the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production: Manufacturing small batches of high-quality products.
  • Stock Control: Actively managing and maintaining stock levels.
  • Packing & Shipping: Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Customer & Supplier Liaison: Occasional travel, including overseas, to meet with customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have their own transport, as our location is semi-rural.
  • Be hands-on, active, and adaptable, contributing across different areas of the business.
  • Possess good verbal communication and basic IT skills.
  • Be comfortable working with small batch blending.
  • Enjoy working in a small, close-knit team (we are a team of 8).
  • An interest in model hobbies or experience with chemicals is strongly advantageous.
