This is your chance to take charge of a new vineyard and lead it to success from the very start.

What's the job?

You'll be a passionate and dedicated Vineyard Manager to manage and develop a newly established 2.5-hectare vineyard in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for all aspects of vineyard operations, including pruning, canopy management, pest control, irrigation and harvest coordination.

This is a hands-on role where you will set high standards for viticulture practices and build a team from the ground up.

What Do I Need?

  • Proven experience in vineyard management or the drive to step up from an assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of viticulture practices and vineyard operations.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, passionate about winemaking and sustainability.
  • The ability to work independently, make key decisions and contribute to the vineyard's growth.
