Overview
We are looking to recruit a time-served TIG (tungsten inert gas) welder to join our clients team. As a TIG welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our welding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams to plan TIG welding operations
  • Set up welding equipment and select the appropriate welding techniques for each job
  • TIG weld steel, aluminum, and other materials with precision and attention to detail
  • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a TIG welder
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting welding blueprints and diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices
  • Certification in TIG welding is a plus

Day-to-day
As a TIG welder, you will spend your days carefully examining blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and using your expertise to produce high-quality welds. You will collaborate with team members and utilize your precision and attention to detail to ensure that our welding processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
