Our client is a leading UK charity for children with brain injury and neurodisabilities, and currently seeking a dedicated Respiratory Lead Nurse to join their team. With a salary up to 58,500 per annum, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and fulfilling environment. Our client is a top UK charity specialising in brain injury and neurodisability for children. They provide comprehensive services, including rehabilitation, medical care, and special education. Their national specialist centre in Surrey collaborates with the NHS to support children and families, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home.



The Respiratory Lead Nurse will:

  • Lead the development of respiratory care expertise within the clinical team
  • Oversee respiratory assessments and care plans for children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement training programmes for nursing staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Manage tracheostomy clinics and acute respiratory management on site
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and guidelines


Package and Benefits:

The Respiratory Lead Nurse will receive:

  • Annual salary of up to 58,500
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • 35 days inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays

The ideal Respiratory Lead Nurse will have:

  • NMC registration
  • Paediatric experience is essential

  • Experience managing a team of nurses
