Bricklayer

Our client is looking for an experienced Bricklayer to work in the Epsom area.  Must have own tools and Van, have a vast amount of experienced with all types of brickwork, setting out, block work, facing brick, high finish, good standard, 4-5 weeks work, could be longer for the right person, must live in the Epsom area.

Requirements:

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and building plans.
• Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other bonding agents to ensure substantial, durable brickwork.
• Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques, materials, and tools.
• Use hand and power tools effectively to cut and shape bricks and blocks as needed.
• Must live in the Epsom area

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying - (Not essential but advantageous)
• Proven experience as a Bricklayer (Must be able to provide reference)
• CSCS Card - (Not essential but advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and strength, as the role involves manual labour.
