Facilities Administrator

We are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator for a 3-month temporary assignment with an immediate start. This role involves supporting property maintenance queries, following up on quotes, and managing emails. The successful candidate will liaise with both internal and external parties, ensuring smooth operations within our facilities team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Respond to property maintenance queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up on quotes from vendors and service providers.
  • Manage email correspondence related to facilities and maintenance issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Communicate effectively with external parties, such as contractors and suppliers, to resolve facilities-related matters.
  • Ensure all facilities administration tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in facilities or property administration is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a front-of-house role for a construction or property company is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in email management and general office software.
