Specifically a Deputy Head Chef who will deputise for the Head Chef and be strategic, creative and business focused in their thinking..
Requirements
As Deputy Head Chef you should be Someone with:
- The experience and skill to run a kitchen, manage harmonious relations between the FOH and Kitchen brigade and management.
- The ability to be flexible in priorities and think big picture
- The ability to work within a seasonal business and high volume business in the busiest periods...
Benefits and Salary
Up to £40k+
Gratuities approx £3-4k per annum. This should only increase with our consistent growth
Quarterly bonuses based on performance

Hours 48 Hrs a week
