Responsible for identifying, targeting, and building strong relationships with businesses in need of co-packing services, you'll play a pivotal role in driving winning new business and contributing to sales growth.This role requires a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales within the food or FMCG sector, preferably with experience in selling co-packing services.Key Responsibilities:*Identify and target new business opportunities within the food sector, including start-ups, established brands, and retailers seeking co-packing services.*Research and analyse market trends to build a strong pipeline of leads.*Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.*Conduct meetings, pitches, and site visits to showcase and build trust with potential clients.*Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.*Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and project management handovers.*Create tailored proposals, cost estimates, and contracts in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.*Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company objectives.Qualifications & Experience*Proven track record in B2B sales within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or co-packing sector.*Strong understanding of the UK food market and supply chain dynamics.*Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.*Ability to build rapport and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.*Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.*Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.*Full UK driving license and willingness to regularly travel across the UK What's on offer?*A basic salary of £40,000 -£45,000 plus commission *Company Car *25 days holiday*Enhanced matched pension *Life assurance*Additional days off for volunteering every year
