You'll be joining the Learning & Development Team of this internationally recognised company, initially on a 12-month fixed term temporary basis. You'll need to be a very organised and detail orientated individual, as you'll be responsible for not only the learning and training submissions and exams management, but also the learner packs, training material updates, data reporting and being a global company translations management as well. Responsibilities:

  • Support L&D operations and act as a point of contact for internal groups and global teams.
  • Provide support, including curricula, questionnaire, class, and course set up
  • Generate data reports on course registration and delivery
  • Prepare and process learner packs, including attendance reports, exam reports, and credit learners
  • Manage training materials, including approval and medical reviews
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and training sessions
  • Manage training provider submissions/exams
  • Manage the team intranet (MS-SharePoint)

Qualifications:

  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick to pick up new databases and systems, experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Qstream would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Capable of data reporting and analysis
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Skilled in MS-SharePoint
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
