Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? I'm recruiting for a Client Services Associate role with a leading global investment firm, based in Kingswood, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport with customers and is eager to develop their career in a supportive, professional environment.

About the Role

  • Provide first-line support to customers and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) via phone, email, and correspondence.
  • Handle queries about investment products and guide customers on tools and resources to empower self-service.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, escalating potential risks or vulnerable customer situations when needed.
  • Comprehensive 12-week training program provided, with a clear career progression path.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
