Client Details

My client is a cleaning services company dedicated to delivering top-quality cleaning solutions for commercial and residential clients. They offer a range of services, including office cleaning, deep cleaning, window washing, and sanitation services, using eco-friendly products and advanced cleaning equipment.

Description

  1. Take responsibility for the review and issue of monthly contract P&Ls along with supporting analysis and commentary providing insight and variance analyses for contract directors.
  2. Maintain accurate and up to date costings for contracts and sites using excel
  3. Ensure that revenue billing is complete and accurate.
  4. Monitor the provision of additional services to contract customers and ensure that financial controls are in place such that all such services are delivered profitably.
  5. Provide support and analysis for new business tenders.
  6. Maintain regular dialogue with colleagues and customer contacts to remain up to date on all financial aspects of contract operations and to enable early identification of risks and opportunities.
  7. Preparation of annual budget and regular forecasts.
  8. Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Director

Profile

  • Strong financial expertise - Deep knowledge of financial principles, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Business acumen - Understanding the broader business and industry to provide relevant insights.
  • Analytical skills - Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable advice.
  • Communication skills - Clearly conveying financial insights to non-finance teams and stakeholders.
  • Influence and leadership - Ability to influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

Job Offer

Package will be 45-55k depending on experience.
