Act as primary point of contact on financial matters supporting contract directors and managers with P&L responsibility for key contracts. Provide advice, support, financial analysis and reporting to the Operations Director to enable effective contract management and to drive effective decision making.

Description

Take responsibility for the review and issue of monthly contract P&Ls along with supporting analysis and commentary providing insight and variance analyses for contract directors.

Maintain accurate and up to date costings for the business.

Ensure that revenue billing is complete and accurate.

Provide support and analysis for new business tenders.

Maintain regular dialogue with colleagues and customer contacts to remain up to date on all financial aspects of contract operations and to enable early identification of risks and opportunities.

Preparation of annual budget and regular forecasts.

Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Director

Maintains and develop customer relationship

Makes decisions based on the impact to on-going customer relationship

Overcomes obstacles to achieve customer expectations within own role accountability

Takes account of customer's needs when prioritising and adapts accordingly

Act on feedback received accordingly

Profile

Qualified or similar

Previous experience in a FBP role

Strong excel

Excellent communications
