Description
- Partner with business leaders to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and business support.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Monitor financial performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development of business plans and ensure financial targets are met.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and the alignment of financial and operational strategies.
- Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to ensure financial literacy and effective decision-making.
- Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives to support the company's financial objectives.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Profile
- May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000
