Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic local company, based in Tadworth, who have a rarely available opportunity to join their team, due to growth.
This a busy and varied role, working as part of a small team alongside the wider office. This is a great opportunity for someone with some office experience who is looking for their next career move.
The role will involve:
- Processing customer orders, from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Raising sales orders, dispatch notes and invoices
- Handling incoming calls and customer queries
- Assisting stock levels purchasing and chasing orders
- Producing reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Educated to minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) with Maths and English at grade C / grade 4 or above
- Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Attention to detail
This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Due to location you will need your own transport.
